Rådyrveien student home was opened in 1992. It consists of small 1-room funished flats 30m2 in size and unfurnished flats with one or two bedrooms. 47m2 and 60m2 respectively.
The positive sides of Rådyrveien are many! It's proximity to local woodland, the mountains and nature make it a beautiful area to live in with a wonderful view. It is also close to two large children's nurseries. The downside with living in Rådyrveien is that you'll either need a car or be willing to walk into town as it is situated 3,5 km from the town centre, and quite high up in the hills. There are buses on weekdays, morning and afternoons, but during other times you'll need to walk.
At Rådyrveien there is a laundry, free access to the internet, cable TV, large outdoor areas, a children's play area and a cottage with an open fire for free use to all of our students.
